Appraiser
Ben Preisler has been appraising since 2006. He is a life long Northern Utah Resident and knows the Northern Utah markets. Ben has performed more than 3000 appraisals on properties ranging from mobile homes in parks to high end custom homes with more than 18,000 square feet. Ben was raised in the Utah Market and has been involved in real estate and investment properties from his teenage years.
Educator
Ben is an educator at heart and wants to see people learn and succeed. He is an approved instructor for appraisers and real estate agents and has developed courses and course material on a variety of appraisal and real estate subjects.
Volunteer
Ben serves in several appraisal organizations as well as in the community.
He currently serves as the President of the Utah Appraiser Association.
He has served as the President of the Utah Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, has served on regional boards and currently serves on the board of directors for the Appraisal Institute Insurance Trust.
Ben has served with the Boy Scouts of America, AYSO Soccer, Utah North Youth Soccer, local food banks, Habitat for Humanity, and local Religious Organizations.

SRA Designated Professional
Ben holds the SRA Designation from the Appraisal Institute.
The SRA membership designation is held by professionals who provide a range of services for residential properties related to providing opinions of value, evaluations, reviews, consulting, and advice regarding investment decisions, among other things.
SRA Designated Members agree to adhere to the Appraisal Institute Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Professional Practice, underscoring a commitment to sound and ethical professional practice.
The completion of continuing education requirements assures that SRA Designated Members remain informed on trends and changes pertaining to real property valuation, enabling them to provide valuations that reflect the latest in professional practice.
